Hello, my name is Ben Wiard,

It's an honor to say I'm a veteran of this country.  During my time in the Marine Corps, I was privileged to know some true heroes. These men and women showed me that selflessness and the pursuit of life are what legacies are made of, and as a result I have learned to treasure every moment of life.  I was stationed at Marine Corps air station in Yuma Arizona at a flight school for Marine Pilots, where I received my pilots license, and later obtained a commercial drone license. With this skill, I enjoy creating all types of real estate photography with my drone. When it comes to my clients, I enjoy giving different perspectives on properties, and how to capitalize on each home’s unique features. I’m a detailed communicator, and I'll ensure you receive factual, timely information with the respect and loyalty you deserve.  I've bought and sold many properties myself, and have experience as a home inspector.  Overall, it felt logical for me to start helping others with their real estate needs, and I truly feel that my clients can benefit from my experience, and as a relocation expert.  When I moved my family to Omaha it immediately felt like “home." I have come to love this community, and I look forward to helping my clients reach their real estate goals.
